The countdown begins. It is time to start homeschooling in earnest. Next week, we'll do full time homeschool. That really means 8:30-1 with planned breaks and fun activities also.
Will you pray for me? I so need the motivation and organization to do well. I want to provide the kids with the best I can give them. I know it is best for them. I know God has equipped me to offer more than the public school could here or there and it is probably what we would decide in the US as well, since private school is not an option for us.
So Lord help me to "Do my best and play my part and have a kind and loving heart." My dad always says that, and now I do too. I don't even remember what it is from, but I say it almost everyday. I love you, dad!!!

We will pray for you! When God calls you to do something He will equip you to succeed. He knew you needed to be trained as a teacher because you would be teaching Weston and Sierra.

I will pray becca boo. i know that you can do it, and do it well...but I know it will take an organized effort...something that is so hard as a mama of small kids. BUT--you can do it! You're an awesome teacher, and isn't it so cool that your teaching career was God's incognito way of preparing you for homeschooling!
I know you can do it, Becca! God will help you find the just right system for you--one that works for you and your kids. Be glad that there is no "administration" telling you how you have to set up your classroom/deliver your lessons, etc. :)
Becca, You are so precious and care so much that you have already been a HUGE BLESSING to Peter and the children. You have been home schooling the children since you gave birth and they are so smart as a result. You have succeeded!!!
