Peter is teaching the Bible study now. I am very proud of him, although he won't let me say that without saying how much farther he has to go on the language. He is writing a study about the church in Mongolian. Each week he is writing 6-8 pages so that he has what he wants to say word for word. Then he has a friend proof it and then he practices reading it out loud several times.
On top of this he is translating the Mongolian Bible verses so he knows what it is saying more clearly. It is not exactly like English, so it takes a little work. He says that this is really nothing, but it takes so much time for him.
He is doing really well, but Peter is has really high standards for himself, so he is sometimes not satisfied with his ability in the language. Please pray for our language skills to grow and grow, but also that we would be patient with ourselves as we learn!

I am proud of you, Peter! I know it's so hard to translate one's ideas into another language, and with the added necessity to get the just right meaning for what the Bible says would make it even more difficult. You have come so far, though, I know!
