Let's see? Something to write about? Hmmm... we'll there is simply no news.
Here is a stream of conscience...
It's cool- 70. Corn is STILL knee high. Children are continuing to grow. Weston is writing a lot more and happily, which is amazing. Sierra is babbling a lot more!- still no words. I am in contact with a speech therapist and we are working on her talking.
Home schooling is slow. Not motivated to start all the way. Still feeling my way around.
Peter is still teaching two classes. I still wash 3 loads of dishes a day and I am still in my pajamas. It's 5pm- sad. I finished doing the laundry so that I can change my clothes. My laundry machine is breaking. My camera is broken. I can't take pictures so my blog will be even more boring than this terrible post.
ha ha. I am silly... sorry for wasting that 30 seconds of your life.... thanks for reading.
Tomorrow I will write some of what I've been reading about culture. Can't do it today... pajamas don't inspire good writing habits, or life habits either for that matter.

Becca,
You know it is still officially summer break here--so it must be in Mongolia too! That's great that Weston wants to write! And Jammies are appropriate attire for home, I always say! Some days are like that--I have many of them myself! I'll bet the day will come when you wish Sierra wasn't quite so verbal! ;)
Love You Guys Tons and Tons!

I love you, I love you, I love you! And I so miss your sense of humor. One of your many GREAT qualities is your complete transparency with others.

That's all I got....my kids have taken it ALL out of me today.
loving you always...
ps-I thought I should also mention that I'm in my pajama tanktop. It is black. It is covered in Logan's snot. BBQ sauce. juice. chalk. play dough.
My hair is up. Kind of. In all directions.
My legs are revealed....gag...it's to hot, I have to wear shorts.
I have no make up on.
I have no shoes on.
And to make matters worse, I was sitting in my front yard with the kids...let's me stop there to describe my kids...
Abby: messy hair. brownies and bbq sauce all over her head. chalk all over her hands and legs. Dirt on all limbs. a shirt with a ton of mess from the day all over it.
Logan: in a very dirty shirt and a diaper that is full of pee. snotty nose. dirt on legs, arms, ears, under nails.
While we were all looking so lovely...our new neighbors walked by. Stopped. And introduced themselves...and their 13 month old very clean son.
nice.
great.
now I'm the mom with really dirty kids who wears pajamas all day.
sheesh.
Thanks for all your encouragement... I was a little chagrined to admit I was in my pjs but glad to make you all laugh! Fun.
When I heard Peter's car coming, I quickly brushed my hair, put on some makeup and at least changed my shirt! he he :) I even brushed my teeth for good measure.
He came in and said, "you look nice!" Ah... life is good.
