When you wake up in the morning, do you think, "I don't want to get up." Is this thought then followed by all the things you should do?
Well here is the workout for you.
INTRODUCING:
The Don't Get Out of Bed Tone Up
No special equipment, clothing or time needed!!!
This is how it's done:
Throw back your covers. Look at the clock. While still in your pajamas and on your bed,
Do 20 crunches, 20 side crunches on both sides, 20 bottom raises, as many push ups as you can endure, a 20 second superman hold it pose on your stomach. Whenever you are tempted to stop, look at the clock and realize you've only been working out for 2 minutes or less!!!
Then get out of bed do as many squats as you can. Then do some tricep dips on the side of your bed.
(Change these exercises to any that you like or know or can endure better!)
Look at the clock again. You have just received a free four minute workout.
Make your bed and go get your coffee with a spring in your step!
But wait there's more.
You have built your confidence, changed your heart rate, built a muscle or two and fit in a real life workout that you can do anywhere without leaving the comfort of your bed without breaking a sweat.
This is the way I started today.
I knew a man in college that started each morning with push ups and he was very very fit. My grandparents just turned 90, they worked out every morning together in their back yard with basic equipment.
I want to be like that too. So here's to the Don't Get Out of Your Bed Tone Up!
