The kids and I went to Disneyland yesterday with Auntie Shauna, Nana (my mom), my aunt Tina and my cousin Jessica, my nephew Logan, and my niece Abby. It was a fun day. It was surprisingly smooth with a 1, 2, 3, and 4 year old in tow. It was busy because of Spring Break, but still fun.
I only went on two rides. The Matterhorn and Splash Mt. with Weston. Weston said, "The Matterhorn is the perfect speed for children!" He is so cute. We went on Splash Mt at night and it was extra scary on the drop at the end. It was like splashing into a black fog and falling 40 feet! Weston said, "My stomach feels sick!" I thought for a moment that he was going to toss his cookies, but he recovered and even said, "That was fun!"
The fireworks were so cool and creative. They were set to music and highlighted the cool rides in the park. During the Star Tours part of the fireworks show, they played the Star Wars theme song and they lit the castle in green and shot green lasers into the sky like a light saber! It was rad... (says the 90's me! Who still says rad? ME and Weston! The poor boy has been corrupted by his mommy!) During the Pirates of the Caribbean they displayed the scull on the Matterhorn and played the theme music. They shot fireworks from either side of the park like the canon fight in the ride.... so RAD!
We'll the fireworks are always my favorite! I always crack up laughing and cheering, and no body does fireworks better than DISNEYLAND! I love having annual passes... maybe we'll go again tonight! HA HA!

Whassup! I totally thought that the fireworks were rad! I thought the fire shooting in the air was the bomb diggity. I was like "as if" when they stopped! It was so fun chillin' with you during the radical parade. Overall the day was wicked fun.
